Call for Poster
PICICT 2021 includes poster/demonstration sessions in order to provide an interactive forum for participants (i.e., graduate, postgraduate students, and developer from industry and IT sectors) to present and discuss works in progress, demonstrations of proposals, new applications or techniques, in the field of information and communication technology. The organizers encourage participation form both academia and industry.
Authors are asked to submit on Easychair. The poster should describe the motivation for the work, the main contributions and preliminary results of the poster.
Presentation proposals will be evaluated primarily on their potential to stimulate interesting discussions, facilitate the exchange of ideas, and promote collaborations. Authors of accepted poster proposals will be provided instructions for preparing the posters. At least one author of each accepted submission should attend the conference to give the demo. Authors will be allocated a space at the conference site to install/set up their system/application. We want the PICICT participants to literally get in touch with your demos with the goal of having a lively discussion and a hands-on experience.
PICICT Demo Contest
At the conference, participants will enter a competition whereas they will present their applications to a panel of experts. PICICT Best Demo Award will be given to the top three demos.
Submission
The poster should be submitted through the Easychair via the direct link. Submissions should be in .pptx or .pdf formats including illustrative snapshots/pictures.
Important Dates:
August 1, 2021: Submission deadline.
August 15, 2021: Notification to Authors.
September 1, 2021: Camera Ready
